Guidelines For Entering Nepal

As of 7 June 2023, Nepal has updated its entry guidelines, bringing about significant changes for travelers. These alterations reflect Nepal’s commitment to keeping up with the evolving situation while ensuring the safety of all travelers and the local community.

• As of 10th March 2022; there is no longer a need for air passengers to show proof of being fully vaccinated along with an accepted covid 19 vaccine card to board a flight to Nepal.
• PCR tests are not required
• Masks are not mandatory
• Travelers showing symptoms of covid 19 will be screened.
• As of 1st April 2023, Nepal requires all solo travelers to use a local guide or porters.
