Climbing to the summit of the world’s highest mountain is a lifetime dream of all the trekkers and mountaineers of the world. Mt. Located in the Khumbu region, this mountain is the major touristic destination in our country and is the home of thousands of rare species of animals and birds. Starting from the sightseeing of some of the highest mountain ranges of the world to getting an opportunity to explore the authentic lifestyle and culture of people, Everest region as many more majestic things to offer to its visitors.
Mt. Everest Expedition offers the visitors with an opportunity to do the sightseeing of some of the highest mountain range of the world such as Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Fishtail, Cho-Oyu, Lhotse, Pumori, Kanchenjunga and other many beautiful mountain ranges of the world. One can also explore the unique lifestyle and culture of people who are living in this region since many years. One should need a good physical stamina and good trekking experience to reach to the summit of this mountain. We personally recommend to have technical climbing experience as the trail to the summit of this mountain is risky and dangerous. We will be trekking above the height of 8000m and one should be physically as well as mentally prepared for the challenges and obstacles that he/she should face on the trail of this mountain.
The journey to the summit of the world’s highest mountain starts with the sightseeing of some of the famous places of Kathmandu valley. We will then take a scenic flight to Lukla and then start our trekking journey. We will pass Phakding village to reach to the gateway of Everest, Namche Bazar. Trekking via Dingboche and Lobuche will take us to the base camp of Mt. Everest. Our professional guides will give you basic training and skills which will help you during the challenging climb to the summit of this mountain. We will then start our challenging climb and then trek to reach at the summit of this beautiful mountain.
Due to the shear scale of the endeavor ahead, it is next to impossible to make an accurate estimation of the climbing schedule. There are so many factors that will affect our schedule and to make a detailed plan is just not possible. This is the task of the guides and Sherpa. It is standard practice to make a number of trips to the North Col camp 1 as well as at least one night at camp 2 before descending to base camp to prepare for the summit push.
After an extended period of rest we will begin our summit push during which we will use a different intermediate camp that will be located at or near the start of The Magic Highway.
We will progress one camp per day and hopefully, five days after leaving base camp, we will be standing on top of the world, our dreams realized.
As the Sherpa staff clean the mountain and dissemble base camp, the members and guides will have a nice downhill walk to base camp where the big party will begin. Ganesh Adventures spares no expense for our parties and these times are always the greatest of the expedition.
